The application process and grant management are carried out electronically via E-Grants, an integrated tool designed for all EU programs to enable more efficient management of selection, contracting, reporting, and payment procedures.
Funding & Tenders Portal (FTOP)
FTOP is the entry point for all participants and experts in programs managed by the European Commission and other EU bodies. All Creative Europe calls (and those of other EU programs) are published on this portal. Submission of applications, preparation of the Grant Agreement Preparation (GAP), electronic contract sign-in, and project management all take place through this portal.
Detailed information on funding opportunities and the application process is available here.
EU Login and PIC Number
To apply for any EU programme, including Creative Europe, you must have a valid EU Login and a PIC Number (Participant Identification Code). You can register on the portal (FTOP) at any time. More info is available here.
LEAR
New applicants must designate a Legal Entity Appointed Representative (LEAR), who plays a crucial role in the electronic management of grant contracts. Information about this process is available here
If the applicant/organization needs to change their LEAR, they should follow the instructions on the FTOP, available here
